Only way to reduce traffic in cities is to reduce number of people coming out of their homes

It is certainly true that traffic in many big cites around the world is ever increasing , myriadly.Even smaller cities are no longer insular from the traffic congestion and over-crowing problems. However, indeed it it disagreed that it can only be curbed by fending off people from coming out of their home and making them feel like prisoner.Analysis of further supported arguments such as making public transport more effective, encouraging citizens to stop abounding use of their private vehicles , making roads and streets more wide and setting up goverment and private offices in a scattered manner throughout the city will prove this.

First of all, many poeple suggest that , prominent public transport system is the most effective way to reduce the traffic congestion problem of the cities. Those who are in support of public transport claim that traffic congestion has been reduced to even zero level  in many world class cities by introducing wide spread practice of effective public transport such as buses, local trains metros and so on.For instance , as per my peronsal experience ,commencement of metro trains in Delhi  has dramatically reduced traffic congestion and even cut the over travel time across the city. Thus it is true to say that .the problem of trafic jam and overcrowding can also be eradicated be providing better means of transportation.

Secondly, insfrastructure of a city also makes a crucial contribution in smooth flow of the traffic and its management which condues to the idea that making roads much wider, installation of adequate number of traffic signals at each road intersection and training cummuters to follow the traffic rules as well as making  them follow by setting up high penalities are few alternate solution which can be put in place to get rid of the  traffic congestion problem. Therefore, I am convinced that methodical arragement of cities infrastructure can be one of the solution to eliminate overcrowding.

Finally, one of the most eminent way to overcome cities traffic issue is to plan beforehand by scattering business centers , goverment offices as well as private companies head quarters and working location across the city.It has generally been observed that most of the cities across the world has same traditional organising structcure in which the whole city is devided beween two type of vicinities such as office area and residential locality. Thus most of the inhabitants travel everyday from their residence to office. As a solution , we can have a new model in place , in which , office and residential area can be mixed to cut ,unnecessary travel hence subsiding  traffic congestion and overcrowding  at a particular place. As a result it can be said that a solution to traffic congestion is to place different offices at different location rather than building them in a  central vicinity.

To summarize , confining people to their home for reducing the traffic congestion and overcrowding is not the best way to deal with the problem and even it is not ethical too. After due analysis it is anticipated that other alternation option such as making public transport more effective, widening the roads and distributing the office at various location are more viable and should be given due consideration.

Should student work or travel quite a little between High School and Universtiy Education

It is generally accepted that education system is a back bone of any country which conspicuously plays a vital role in the development ,advancement and flourishing of that nation. The question which needs to be answered is ,should the widespread practice of continued, uninterrupted education ,without any gap in students career adopted by most of the countries go on continuously or the students should  take a break between their elementrary and higher education.

It is certainly true that, taking a break between high school and university degree has its own advantages that can be taken into account. At the first place if students choose to opt for work , it gives them opportunity to get familiar and understand the work in which they want to pursue their career, this  indirectly make them  more mature and independent in decision making process of choosing a particular subject for further study, which so far  is generally decided or depend on wish of  their parents in most of the asian countries.

On the other hand if the students choose for travel to various places inlcuding overseas between that time period , it nonetheless will be benificial too for them in many different ways.To begin with , they will have an option to meet a loads of people of different origin, culture and family background across the world which will help them  to understand the world as a whole and will prove crucial for their further prospective personal growth and foster them as a real human beings.

On the contrary , many people are of the impression that taking a break may have catastrophic impact on scholar's career.First of all educatee will  loose the most precious ,unrecoverable moment of their invaluable life , just traveling around the globe and achieving nothing in the form of scholarly degree which otherwise can be utilised in an effective way to attain a uttermost desired qualification that might have led to open the various door of opportunities for them.In addition to that ,these people give another justification in the support of their arguement which implies that many students give up their desire for further study and compromise with their current circumstances becuase of the fact that they are earning money and reached at  the unltimate goal of ther career , which in no way , can be advantageous for individual , society or even for the nation as some of them can be prospective doctors , engineers, or even presidents of the states.

To summarize , all individuals are well aware of their own circumstances and they should take decision depening on their situation rather then getting lured by the benifit of one logic over other

Universites Should accept equal number of male and female students

There is no doubt that education is the most fundamental right of every human being, irrespective of ,not only their gender but other factors such as soical and economic status, cast and parent's employment also. However it would not always be advisable to distribute the available seats  by the universities equally between male and female candidate without any further evaluation criteria .

No one can argue that  women who are considered to be the least developed and educated organ of our society , specially in asian countries, require the equal opportunity from us to foster and keep pace with the men. Therefore people supporting this viewpoint argue that, by tendering this, the society will do justice with the women by providing them equal chances of education ,which will indirectly lead them to successfully compete  in the job market with the men thus making them more responsible and independet from men and it will  also impove their moral and status.

However there are serious repercussion of such a decision ,on the society and its consequences can not be condoned.First of all, dearth of equal number of applicant of  both genders, for a paricular subject may left few of the seats vacant for one gender while the talented candidate of other gender can not get admisssion becuase of this restriction in place.Second of all, becuase of phenamenol differnence in thinking and interest of both male and female it is natural to have diffrent liking on various subject. For instance music and dance may be the first priority of the females while sport and science can be of men. Thus most of the boys may like to study buniess administration while girl;s blue eyed subject me be fashion and music.
Therefore  in my opnion, the decision of distributing seats beween male and female applicaiton equally can be detrimenal rather than beneficial for our society and nation ,which may not set in motion the growth of both the gender but may lead increased rift beween both genders which in no way can be proved a good step.Instead of that , however , it will be acceptable to have some critera for identification of the best candidate, such as written enterance test or personal interview or the markes obtained in ther last qualified edcuation rather than selecting them on the basis of their gender.

In conlcusion, I believe that, selecting the best talent should be priority of the universities and they have not write to descriminate on the basis of their gender.

Women's condition deteriorating than improving in today's modern life

It is a generally acceptable notion that ,women's situation  in the past was worst ,not only in India but other parts of the world, who were not only the prey of domestics violence but faced the heate of social and culural malfunctioning. As a responsible and credible participant of the educated and promiment society, it is our prime accountability to mull over the progress made by us in the improvement of human right conditon and welfare of children and women in our country so far.

There is no doubt that technological advancement has paned out to bring enormous changes  in  social, cultural and family structure of  many countries where as the  globalisation has added fule to fire in making these amendments in the soiciety. With the new changes, companies are venturing  across the states boundries in the search of cheap labour market resulting loss of new opportunites for the local poeple, as the jobs are getting transfered to other less expensive countires. It has a serious repercussion on the family structure because it causes make up their mind to involve women in the work for their survival. As a result women who were ealier supposed to be doing the domestic work such as preparing food and growing up the child, now can be seen in the various corporate offices working in late hours. This leads in the rising of distortion of the family by putting more pressure on women who are performing now dual roal  in her life.
